摘  要:本文报道了名义组成为YBa2.5Cu0.5MoO7.5的新型化合物的成功合成和鉴定.通过对其X射线粉末衍射数据的精确分析,确定该化合物系钙钛矿型结构,具有面心立方格子对称性,空间群Fm3m,晶胞参数为a=0.83656nm.B位离子按NaCl型结构有序排列,实际分子式应为Ba2(Y,Cu)(Y,Mo)O6.在现有制备条件下。A new compound with nominal composition YBa 2.5 Cu 0.5 MoO 7.5 has been successfully synthesized and identified. Rietveld refinement from the powder XRD pattern showed that it is an ordered perovskite structure. The compound has a cubic symmetry with space group of Fm3m and lattice constant of a =0.83656nm. The B site ions were found ordered in a NaCl type fashion and its actual formula should be thus discribed as Ba 2(Y,Cu)(Y,Mo)O 6. Resistivity measurements showed that the compound is an insulator at the present preparation conditions.
