大鼠小肠内肥大细胞与嗜酸粒细胞的关系及其年龄性变化趋势

摘　　要：目的:探讨不同年龄段大鼠小肠肥大细胞与嗜酸粒细胞结构间的关系及其与功能的关系。方法:应用透射电镜对出生10d至1年以上各组大鼠小肠内肥大细胞与嗜酸粒细胞的结构及相互关系进行观察。结果:出生20d以前各组大鼠的肥大细胞和嗜酸粒细胞多独立存在,未见有结构上的联系。生后8周大鼠小肠肥大细胞与嗜酸粒细胞常见结伴存在,有时有细胞突起相接触。而6个月或以上大鼠的肥大细胞与嗜酸粒细胞的关系更为密切,可见两细胞相贴近。结论:大鼠小肠肥大细胞与嗜酸粒细胞随着年龄的增长结伴存在的现象增多。In order to study relation between mast cells and eosinophils we observed the two types of cells in small intestine of rats of differentages under TEM. The result shows that the two types of cells exist isolatedly in the age group of before 20 days. The two types of cells come closely in pairs sometimes their processes contact in the age group of 8 weeks. In the groups six month or more than one year the two types of cells become closely. the condition is that the phenomenon that mast cells and eosinophils exist in pairs with age in small intestine of rats. And relation bwtween the two types of cells becomes closer.
