摘　　要：随着网络信息时代的快速发展,高校图书馆为更好地体现"读者第一,服务至上"宗旨,充分发挥教育功能,依托馆藏文献资源,开展了网上心理咨询服务。采取文献疗法对学生读者开展网上心理咨询,可帮助读者解决心理迷茫、情感困惑和思想问题。Along with the rapid development of network information age,university library develops online psychological consultation in order to embody the purpose of ＂reader first,service first＂,give full play to its educational function,and rely on the collected literature resources. Developing the online psychological consultation for students by adopting the literature therapy can help readers to solve psychological confusion,emotional confusion and ideological problems.
