摘　　要：结合军事医学图书馆工作实际,从加强文献信息资源建设以突出军事医学特色、加强服务内容更新以提高服务水平、加强科学管理以改进管理方式、加强人才建设以提高人员素质等方面提出了提高军事医学图书馆服务与管理水平的若干建议。Connecting with the practical work of military medical library, this paper puts forward some suggestions on improving the service and management level of military medical library from aspects of strengthening the construction of literature resources for highlighting the characteristics of military medicine, strengthening the innovation of service contents for improving the service level, strengthening the scientific management for improving the management mode, and strengthening the talent construction for improving staff＇s qualities, etc.
