摘　　要：在网络时代,任何一个公共图书馆的信息资源都是有限的,而读者对信息和知识的需求却是无限的。随着互联网络的普及与发展,网络服务已成为现代公共图书馆服务中不可或缺的一种服务模式。分析了网络环境下公共图书馆开展特色服务的意义,阐述了网络环境下公共图书馆开展特色服务的形式,讨论了网络环境下公共图书馆开展特色服务应注意的问题。In the Internet age,any public library＇s information resources are limited,and readers’demands for information and knowledge are unlimited. With the popularity and development of Internet,Web service has become an indispensable mode of the services of modern public library. This paper analyzes the significance of carrying out the characteristic services by the public library under the network environment,expounds the forms of the characteristic services of public library under the network environment,and discusses some problems needing attention of the public library in carrying out the characteristic services under the network environment.
