摘　　要：阐述了信息应用创新的内涵及其现状,提出了信息应用创新能力的分析框架及其方法,探讨了山东制造业集群信息应用创新能力的影响效应。This paper expounds the connotations and status quo of information application innovation, puts forward the analytical framework of the ability of information application innovation and its methods, and probes into the influence effects of the ability of information application innovation of manufacturing industry’s cluster in Shandong Province.
