摘 要:近年来,电子银行已成为商业银行发展不可缺少的组成部分,并成为客户判断银行服务水平和综合实力的重要标志。我国电子银行起步稍晚但发展迅速,近十年来业务规模、技术创新和服务能力均实现了跨越式发展,但与一些国外金融机构较为完善的电子银行业务相比,仍有较大发展空间。本文通过分析外资金融机构电子银行业务的经营模式,总结出可供我国银行业借鉴的优良经验与发展战略。In recent years, E-banking has become an indispensable driver to the growth of commercial banks, and a key criteria in assessing the service quality and overall strength of them. Despite that it is relatively new to the Chinese market, E-banking business has experienced a tremendous growth in the past decade in terms of business vol- ume, technology innovation and service quality. That being said, it remains an underdeveloped part of business as compared with more sophisticated E-banking system implemented by certain foreign financial institutions. This article purports to summarize some valuable experience and development strategies applicable to the Chinese banking indus- try through analysis of the E-banking business models adopted by foreign financial institutions.
