社区随访模式下精神分裂症患者的康复效果

摘　　要：目的:分析汕头社区随访模式下,随访1年后精神分裂症患者的康复情况。方法:对196例社区精神分裂症患者进行1年随访,随访前、后各评估一次社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)、阳、阴性症状量表(PANSS)及WHO生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)。结果:随访1年后,PANSS总分及各单项评分均比随访前明显下降(P<0.05),WHOQOL-BREF心理领域、社会关系领域、环境领域及总分均较随访前明显升高(P<0.05),SDSS评分较随访前明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:汕头社区随访模式下,随访1年能改善精神分裂症患者精神症状、社会功能及生活质量,汕头社区模式值得推广。Objective：To analyze the rehabilitation of Shantou community follow-up mode on schizophrenia patients after one year of follow-up.Method：The social disability screening schedule scale（SDSS）,positive and negative syndrome scale（PANSS）and WHOQOL-BREF scale before and after one year of follow-up were evaluated in schizophrenic patients（196 cases）.Results：After one year of follow-up,the PANSS total score and individual score decreased significantly（P0.05）.WHOQOL-BREF scale psychological field,the field of social relations,the field of the environment and the total scores were significantly higher compared with before the follow-up（P0.05）,the SDSS score decreased significantly（P0.05）.Conclusion：After one year of follow-up,the psychiatric symptoms,social function and quality of life in patients with schizophrenia are improved.Shantou community model is worthy of promotion.
