应用病床工作效率指标优化医院床位资源配置

摘　　要：目的通过对医院床位设置的合理性分析,以期达到动态的优化配置床位资源。方法采集汇总本院2011年度医疗统计数据,应用病床工作效率指标进行统计学处理,测算出床位数的合理区间。结果 30个临床科室中床位设置合理的有13个科室,需要调整的有17个科室,存在床位设置不尽合理的情况。结论医院的病床数量不能盲目的增加,而应以科学的方法学为依据,适度的扩大规模,才能实现优化卫生资源的目标。Objective By the analysis of rational hospital beds setup, so as to optimize the hospital beds allocation dynamically. Methods The data of work efficiency indexes were collected of the hospital in 2011, and the reasonable interval of bed number were worked out. Results In the 30 clinical departments, the beds alloca- tion of 13 departments was reasonable, but another 17 needed to be adjusted. Conclusion The increasing of bed number may not bring the satisfied results. We should take scientific methodology as the basis to achieve the opti- mal health resources.
