摘　　要：在健康体检越来越受到人们关注的今天,如何提高体检服务质量就显得格外重要。本文详细介绍疗养院体检服务质量评价系统的设计目的、设计方法和主要实现功能。该系统的应用,使体检人员的意见得到及时反馈,有助于管理者对各科室及员工的服务水准和存在问题进行判断分析和整改,从而促进疗养院体检服务质量水平的提高。More and more attention are paid on the medical examination nowadays, so it has became more important to improve its service quality. In this paper the author introduced the purpose, methods and main func- tions of the service quality evaluation system of medical examination service in the military sanatorium. The applica- tion of the system can help the managers to get the feedback of the patients in time, and to analyze the problems of the service quality improve the service level.
