摘　　要：中国卫生统计年鉴显示,2005年以来,我国800张以上床位的医院数量上升了152.8%,同期三级医院床位数量增长了78.4%,但仍然不能满足广大患者的需求。为了满足患者的住院需求,使医院的现有床位发挥最大效益,从2010年改造收容流程开始,有效提高床位周转率,优化病房诊疗秩序,收到良好效果。It has showed in China Health Statistics Yearbook that since 2005 in China, the number of more than 800 -beds hospitals has increased by 152.8%, and the number of beds in the three- class hospital increased 78.4% in the same period, but it still can not meet the needs of our patients. To maximize the effectiveness of the hospital beds, and satisfy the need of patients hospitalization, since 2010 we reengineered hospitalization processes, which has improved bed turnover rate and optimized the service.
