摘　　要：作为医疗质量管理的方式之一,单病种质量控制既可以保证良好的医疗质量,也可有效减少医疗资源的浪费,在医院管理工作中的应用越来越广泛。作为医院管理重要组成,护理管理实施单病种质量管理模式对于保障护理服务安全,提高护理服务质量具有重要意义。本文结合单病种护理质量管理的特点,对单病种护理质量管理流程及面临的问题分析,并从管理机制、行为规范、评价机制和激励机制等方面提出建议和措施。As one method of the medical quality management, the single disease quality control not only can improve service quality, but also reduce the waste of medical resources effectively, so it has been applied in hospital management more and more extensively. Of course this management method could be applied in the nursing management to improve nursing service safety and quality. Combining with the characteristics of nursing single disease quality man- agement, the problems of application of this management method were analyzed, and the countermeasures were put for- ward from aspects as the management mechanism, behavior standard, evaluation mechanism and incentive mechanism.
