摘　　要：目的探讨基层部队卫生信息化建设模式与效果。方法通过无线或有线方式将军队医院局域网延伸到基层部队卫生机构,以军队医院云中心为依托,建立高度共享又独立运行的部队卫生信息系统。结果快速提高基层部队卫生信息化水平,有效提高基层卫生管理水平和医疗工作效率。部分解决部队特别是边远海岛部队看病难问题。结论这种模式投资省、建设速度快、效果好,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the mode and effects of primary troops informationization construction. Method The LAN of an army hospital was extended to the primary health care institutions through wire or wire- less means and a troop health care information system was built on the basis of the hospital. Results The health in- formationization level of primary units was improved rapidly, and their health management level and medical service efficiency were also improved. In addition, the problem of obtaining health care service for the troop was solved partly, particularly troops on islands.
