摘　　要：概述离散事件系统仿真在医院门诊、急诊、手术救治、重症监护、住院等部门,以及医院总体的应用情况,探讨了仿真研究策略,分析当前研究中存在的问题,展望应用前景,对促进该技术在医院管理中的应用有参考意义。The applications of discrete - event system simulation in hospital sectors, such as outpatient, emergency, surgical treatment, intensive care, and whole hospital in recent years are overviewed. The simulation methods and research strategies are discussed. The problems in these researches are analyzed, and the prospects are put forward. These can help to promote the applications of this technology in hospital management.
