摘　　要：标准化的伤情编码是卫生减员数量和结构预计的基础。本文介绍美军伤情编码理论及其在美军各种卫勤建模仿真软件中的应用,提出参考美军伤情编码理论建立我军标准化的伤情编码体系,并与军事地理信息系统结合实现减员呈现,为精确化卫勤保障提供基础。Standard patient condition（PC） coding system is the basis of casualty prediction. In this article the PC Codes was introduced developed by the US Army and its application in some modeling and simulation soft- ware. Referring to the PC Codes, the author proposed to establish a standard patient condition coding system suit- able for the PLA, which should be integrated with the MGIS to present the casualty stream lively and made the medical support more precisely.
