摘　　要：在城市维稳卫勤保障的长期性、艰巨性的基础上,分析军队医院城市维稳卫勤保障组织指挥存在的主要问题,以调整组织结构、抓紧人才建设、构建信息系统、开展针对训练为对策,对提升医院维稳卫勤保障组织指挥能力进行探讨。Combining with the characteristics of long term and difficulties of medical service in urban stabi- lization maintenance, the author analyzed the main problems on organization and command of medical service in ur- ban stabilization maintenance provided by military hospitals and considered the measures to promote the capability of organization and command of medical service as adjusting the structure of the organization, enhancing the talents construction, setting up information system, and carrying out targeted training.
