摘　　要：结合新时期军队保障任务变化趋势和发展要求,探讨海上医疗队遂行多样化军事任务应具备快速反应能力、综合保障能力、环境适应能力和独立保障能力。通过实践探索,提出海上医疗队建设要预有准备、强调需求牵引、重视教育管理等建议。According to new trends and requirements of military support missions, the author put forward that the marine medical team need to be of a rapid response capability, integrated support capabilities, environmen- tal adaptability and independent support capabilities when performing the diversified military tasks. At last the sug- gests were given that marine medical team should take precautions, attach importance to demand and emphasis on education management.
