摘　　要：目的探讨体检中心开展应急预案演练对提高护士综合能力的效果。方法 2011年1—12月,本中心22名护士参加应急预案演练的培训与考核,评价并比较开展演练前后护士综合能力的提升情况。结果 22名护士培训后的急救理论知识、急救技能、现场应变能力、医护满意度的考核成绩均高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论开展应急预案演练有利于提高体检中心护士的综合能力。Objective carrying out emergency plan To investigate the effects of improving the comprehensive ability of the nurse by drilling in the physical examination center. Methods 22 nurses participated the training and the drilling in 2011, then the effects were assessed for the improvement of their comprehensive ability. Results After the training and the drilling, the indexes were of statistical significant （ P 〈 0.01 ） as theoretical knowledge of first aid, first aid skills, on - site response capabilities, assessment of the health care satisfaction scores. Conclusion It is good for improving the comprehensive ability of the medical center nurses to carry out emergency plan drilling
