摘  要:根据后勤训练等级评定标准和实施办法,成立考评专家指导组,制定考评千分制标准,采取"听、看、查、考、演"等方法,全面考评医院训练的组织领导、训练成绩、训练能力、训练管理、训练条件等。为提高后勤训练质量,还需进一步抓按纲施训工作落实,提高科学组训能力,规范战时卫勤支援保障勤务流程,推进医院卫勤指挥信息系统建设。A comprehensive evaluation of training was carried in the hospital in terms of organization and leadership, the training results, training capacity, training management and training conditions. The evaluation was carried out by appraisal expert group with a thousand - mark system based on grading assessment standards and im- plementation regulations, and the methods were applied as listening, looking, checking, testing and practicing. To improve the quality of logistics training, we should advance the implementation of the training according to the regu- lations, improve the organization level of training, standardize the process of logistical support to medical service in wartime, and promote the construction of the medical information command system.
