摘　　要：军队作为国家强大保卫力量,执行非战争军事行动任务日益增多,军队省级医疗救援队使用频繁,任务复杂多样,给医疗队的训练工作提出了极高要求。本文就医疗队规范化训练,谈几点体会。Military force, as a strong national security force, plays an increasingly frequent role in military operations other than war （MOOTW）. The training of Military Provincial Medical Team （MPMT） became important and high - demanding, due to the frequently use of MPMT in MOOTW, and the complexity as well as diversity of the operations. The authors shared their experience on the standard training of the MPMT.
