昆山市职业健康检查工作现状及分析

摘　　要：职业健康检查是以预防为目的,根据劳动者的职业接触史,通过定期或不定期的医学健康检查和收集健康相关资料,保护劳动者健康。实际工作中,存在着体检项目随意性大、体检周期不科学、体检报告不严谨以及操作不规范等问题,本文分析了昆山市当前职业健康检查工作现状,为科学规范得管理职业健康检查提出建议和办法。Occupational Health Surveillance is for the purpose of prevention. According to the worker＇s history of occupational exposure, we protect the health of workers by regular or irregular medical health examination and health related information collection.There exists problems like large arbitrary of physical examination projects, unscientific cycle of physical examination, imprecise medical report,non-standard operate etc. This article analyzed the current situation of Occupational Health Surveillance in our city, make suggestions and approaches for the scientific and standardized management of Occupational Health Surveillance.
