摘　　要：个人自主性是建立在了解客观规律基础上合理追求自己目的的能力。它是人的积极性、创造性发挥以及人的发展的固有内助力量。个人自主性的实现既具有内备条件,又具有内需要求,是固有必然。个人自主性实现的制度保障条件是合规律要求的自然结果。个人自主性的实现与人的全面发展、社会和谐具有一致性。Individual autonomy is a capability of reasonably pursuing individual objective on the basis of truly understanding the objective reality and its rules. It is the intrinsic driving force of the performance of human positivity and creativity as well as human development. Having both internal conditions and intrinsic requirements, the realization of individual autonomy is an intrinsic and inevitable existence. The institutional guarantee for the realization of individual autonomy is the natural consequence that meets the requirements of regular rules. The realization of individual autonomy is naturally in correspondence with the integrated development of humanity as well as social harmony.
