公共图书馆老年读者服务问题的反思

摘　　要：公共图书馆老年读者服务研究多将老年读者笼统看待,实践多从主观感悟出发,存在诸多误区。文章提出老年读者服务问题主要在于老年人对现有服务难以适应或适应不良;指出服务的价值存在于图书馆人和读者间的良性关系中;以核心价值观为行为准则,辨析已有成果的不足;通过个案分析,阐释如何发挥老年读者的主体能动性、构建图书馆内和谐社会秩序、实现图书馆人的服务价值。There are many problems in previous studies which regarded older readers as a whole group without differentiating them. This paper presented that the services provided by the public library can＇t keep up with the older readers＇ demand. It proposed that the service values lie in good relationship between librarians and readers. It also reviewed the previous studies and gave the solution based on the core values. At last,through case study,this paper explained how to bring the older readers＇ subjective initiative into play,thus to build a harmonious order in public library and realize the service values of librarians.
