摘  要:在往复式摩擦磨损试验机上研究了含超细颗粒固液二相流对部分稳定二氧化锆 (PSZ)陶瓷与GCr15钢滑动副的摩擦磨损性能的影响。选择 90 # 机械油和QC30汽机油为基础油 ,分别加入五种超细固体颗粒 ,配制出不同浓度的2 0种油样 ,分别在 16℃和 10 0℃温度下进行试验。结果表明 :超细固体颗粒添加剂的用量、试验温度和基础油都影响陶瓷与钢滑动副的摩擦磨损性能。对超细颗粒添加剂的润滑机理进行了初步探讨。This paper researches the effect of superfine solid particle additives in Bi-phase lubricant on friction and wear properties of partially stabilized zirconia(PSZ)ceramic-GCr15 steel pairs on a reciprocation friction and wear machine 90# machine oil and QC30 oil are chosen as two kinds of basic oils Five kinds of superfine solid particles are added to two kinds of oils with different concentrations respectively Twenty kinds of oil samples are made Tests are carried out at 16℃ and 100℃ respectively The results showed that the concentration of superfine solid particle additives and test temperature and basic oils affect the friction and wear properties of PSZ-GCr15 steel pairs The lubricating mechanism of superfine solid particle additives are probed preliminary
