斜挎式新型引流袋固定装置在肿瘤患者临床应用探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨斜挎式新型引流袋固定装置在肿瘤患者中应用的可行性及有效性。方法纳入本院肿瘤内科106例留置多个引流袋患者,应用自行研制的斜挎式新型引流袋,随机分为2组,实验组48例采用斜挎式多引流袋固定装置,对照组58例使用传统一次性引流袋。结果在患者引流袋脱出例数及引流液反流方面,实验组显著优于对照组;同时研究结果提示实验组、对照组导管感染率分别为5.10%、18.18%,2组比较差异有统计学意义。进一步研究提示,在患者满意度方面,实验组显著高于对照组;实验组患者每天下床活动时间平均为(5.18±1.25)h,明显高于对照组(2.98±1.52)h。结论斜挎式新型引流袋固定装置应用于肿瘤患者,使用方便、安全可靠,具有临床可行性;且在一定程度上可以减少引流液逆流,减少导管相关感染发生率,值得临床进一步大规模推广应用。Objective To investigate the application feasibility and efficiency of the fixed device of new-style oblique drainage bag in cancer patients. Methods A total of 160 patients with retention of multiple drainage bags were enrolled in the department of oncology in our hospital and randomly divided into both groups. New- style oblique drainage bags developed on our own were applied. Forty - eight cases in the experiment group were administered the fixed device of multiple new- style oblique drainage bags while 58 cases in the control group received traditional disposable drainage bag. Results In the aspects of the prolapsed cases and drainage fluid reflux of drainage bags, the experimental group was significantly superior to control group. Research results indicated that ductal infectious rates of the experimental group and the control group were 5.10 % and 18. 18 %, respectively, which presented statistical significance. Further study showed that in terms of the satisfaction of patients, the experimental group was markedly higher than the control group. The mean activity time of patients off the bed every day was （5.18 ± 1.25） h, notably higher than that of the control group （2.98 ± 1.52） h. Conclusion The applied fixed device of new - style oblique drainage bag in cancer patients is convenient, safe and reliable, which has clinical feasibility. Besides, it can reduce drainage fluid reflux and duct - related infectious incidence to a certain extent, so it is worthy of clinical application and popularization on a large scale.
