摘  要:目的研究益肾摄微饮对Ⅲ、Ⅳ期糖尿病肾病炎症反应及氧化应激的影响,并探讨其相关的作用机制。方法将符合纳入标准的80例患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组给予基础治疗,治疗组加服益肾摄微饮,1剂/d,维持治疗8周。观察治疗前后尿蛋白、血肌酐、C反应蛋白(CRP)、血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)的变化。结果治疗组的24 h尿蛋白定量(UP)、血清尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)指标显著降低(P<0.05);SOD水平显著升高,MDA和CRP水平显著降低(P<0.05)。结论益肾摄微饮治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ期糖尿病肾病具有抑制炎症反应及抗氧化作用。Objective To explore the effect of kidney photo micro drink on inflammation and oxidative stress of stage III - IV diabetic nephropathy and its relevant mechanism. Methods Eighty patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group and treat- ment group. Given basic treatment, the treatment group was served with kidney photo micro drink, a daily maintenance therapy for 8 weeks before and after treatment. The changes of urine protein, serum creatinine, C- reactive protein (CRP), serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) were observed. Results The treatment group was significantly lower in 24 h urinary protein quantitative (LIP), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), and serum creatinine (SCr) (P〈0.05). The treatment group significantly increased SOD levels, and experienced a significant reduction of MDA and CRP levels ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Kidney photo micro drink has effect of oxidative stress and it can inhibit inflammation of stage III - IV diabetic nephropathy.
