门诊预约挂号的优化

摘　　要：为解决肿瘤患者挂号看病难的问题,同时开展网上预约挂号、现场预约挂号、电话人工预约挂号、电话语音预约挂号四种融合了肿瘤专科医院特色的个性化预约挂号服务,通过多种预约挂号模式进一步满足了不同患者的预约就诊需求,科学、合理的安排患者就诊,充分利用了挂号资源,降低了病人就医成本,提高了门诊服务质量,取得了较好的社会效益。In order to settle the problems existing in patient registration at outpatient clinics, four kinds of registration appoint- ment ways with idiomatieal personalization services, including online hospital registration booking, on- site appointment registration, telephone manual registration service and telephone audio registration booking, were performed simultaneously in our hospital. Multi - kinds of registration appointment services could further satisfy different requirements of the patients, arrange the visiting process scientifically and reasonably, take full advantage of the registration resource, reduce the cost of patients. After all, this personalization services improved the satisfaction of patients and achieve better social benefits at the same time.
