摘  要:以矮牵牛组培苗为试验材料,在培养基中添加不同浓度的HgCl2,观察和分析Hg2+对矮牵牛组培苗生长的影响。结果表明,低浓度Hg2+对矮牵牛生长影响不大,表现为叶片数量、株高、鲜质量均超过对照,叶绿素也能正常合成,HgCl2临界浓度为10μg/mL。当HgCl2浓度超过150μg/mL时,植株死亡,说明HgCl2对矮牵牛产生毒害的致死浓度为150μg/mL。Effects of Hg2+ on growth of tissue culture seedlings of Petunia hybrida Vilm was studied in culture media at different concentration of HgCl2. The results showed that the culture media at lower concentration of Hg2+ had a little effect on the growth of P. hybrida, which assumed the increase of number of leaves, plant height and fresh weigh. Chlorophyll was able to synthesis normally, and the critical concentration of HgCll2 was 10 μg/mL. Plants died as the concentration of HgCl2 exceeded 150 μg/mL, which indicated that lethal concentration of HgC12 was 150μg/mL.
