摘  要:目的研究军事飞行员颈肌强度的相关因素。方法测量197名军事飞行员身体参数(颈前长、颈后长、颈围、颈厚、身高、体质量),计算体质量指数(body mass index,BMI),登记年龄、飞行时间、机种,应用CME-1型飞行员颈肌训练器对颈部前屈、后伸、左右侧肌群进行等长测试,每个方向测试10次,记录最大肌力(peak neck muscle strength,PNMS)及平均最大肌力(mean neck muscle strength,MNMS)。对颈前长、颈后长、颈围、颈厚、BMI、年龄、飞行时间、机种与前屈、后伸、左右侧肌群PNMS及MNMS进行相关分析。结果颈围与前屈、后伸、左右侧肌群PNMS及后伸、左右侧屈肌群MNMS呈正相关(P<0.01),BMI与前屈、后伸、左右侧肌群PNMS及MNMS呈正相关(P<0.01),年龄与前屈、左侧PNMS及MNMS、右侧MNMS呈负相关(P<0.01或P<0.05),飞行时间与前屈PNMS及MNMS、左右侧MNMS呈负相关(P<0.01或P<0.05),机种与前屈、后伸、左右侧肌群PNMS及MNMS无相关关系。结论颈围、BMI与颈肌强度呈正相关,年龄、飞行时间与颈肌强度呈负相关,机种与颈肌强度无相关性。Objective To evaluate the correlated factors of neck muscle strength (NMS) in military pilots. Methods The body parameters (anterior neck length, posterior neck length, neck circumference (NCI), neck depth, body height, weight), body mass index(BMD, age, flight time and airplane category of 197 military pilots were recorded. CME-1 Neck Muscle Training Machine was utilized to test their maximal isometric neck muscular strength (NMS) in the flexion, extension, left'and right lateral flexion directions. The NMS in each direction was tested for 10 times. Peak neck muscular strength (PNMS) and mean neck muscle strength (MNMS) were recorded and analysed. Results NCI was pos- itively correlated with PNMS in the flexion, extension, left and right lateral flexion directions (P〈0. 01), and MNMS in the extension, left and right lateral flexion directions (P〈0. 01). BMI was positively correlated with PNMS and MNMS in the flexion, extension, left and right lateral flexion directions (P〈0. 01). Age was negatively correlated with PNMS in the flexion and left lateral flexion directions, MNMS in the flexion, left and right lateral flexion directions (P^0. 01 or P d0. 05). Flight time was negatively correlated with PNMS in the flexion direction, MNMS in the flexion, left and right lateral flexion directions (P〈0. 01 or 0. 05). There was no significant correlation between airplane category and PNMS, MNMS. Conclusion NCI and BMI are positively correlated, and age and flight time are negatively correlated with NMS. Airplane category has no correlation with NMS.
