军事应激对部队官兵上消化道动力的影响

摘　　要：目的对军事应激前后部队官兵的上消化道动力情况进行调查,为功能性消化不良的防治研究提供依据。方法分别采用功能性消化不良症状评定量表(functional dyspepsia symptoms rating,FDSR)、胃电图及食管pH监测仪,评价某部110名官兵军事演习前后的消化不良症状、胃电活动及食管pH值。结果军事演习后官兵的消化不良症状明显多于演习前(P<0.01);出现了明显异常的胃电活动,表现为餐后平均频率异常、主频率异常、胃电节律紊乱、餐后/餐前功率比异常(P<0.05或0.01);军事演习后官兵食管pH<4的反流次数、pH<4的总时间百分数及DeMeester总分明显高于军事演习前(P<0.01)。结论军事应激可导致官兵上消化道动力异常。重视部队官兵的心理健康,提高应激能力,有助于减少军事应激对于官兵上消化道动力的不良影响。Objective To investigate the upper alimentary canal dynamics in the troops before and alter military stress so as to provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods The dyspeptic symp- toms, gastric electrical activity and esophageal pH value in 110 soldiers were studied by functional dyspepsia symptoms rating （FDSR）, electrogastrogram and esophageal pH detection machine. Results The dyspeptic symptoms in the soldiers after military stress were significantly more than those before military stress （P^0. 01）. After military stress, the gastric electrical activity showed apparent abnormality compared with that before military stress, which was mainly presented as abnormal postprandial average frequency, abnormal main frequency, disorder of gastric electrical rhythm and abnormality of preprandial/postprandial power rate （P%0. 05 or 0. 01）. The refluxing frequency of pH^4, the percentage of the cu- mulative time of pHi4 and DeMeester score were significantly higher than those before military stress （P%0. 01 ）. Con- clusion Military stress can lead to abnormality of upper alimentary canal dynamics. To pay attention to the troops~ men- tal health and improve their ability to manage physiological stress would contribute to reduce the adverse effects of military stress on the upper alimentary canal dynamics in the troops.
