摘　　要：目的分析16例军事训练致重症中暑患者的综合治疗情况。方法对16例重症中暑患者采取迅速降低体温、及时大量补液、预防和治疗多脏器功能衰竭、保护组织、防止脑水肿、弥散性血管内凝血(disseminated or diffuse intravascular coagulation,DIC)等并发症和维持内环境稳定的综合治疗措施。结果 16例患者中14例好转或治愈出院,2例因抢救无效死亡。结论及时、准确的诊断,快速的降温,有效的纠正水、电解质和酸碱平衡紊乱,重要脏器功能的保护,积极的支持疗法,合并症的预防与及时治疗,是改善重症中暑患者预后的重要途径。Objective To analyze the comprehensive treatment situations of patients with severe heatstroke oc- curred during military drill. Methods Sixteen patients with severe heatstroke occurred during military drill accepted com- prehensive treatment including rapid cooling, prompt rehydration, preventing cerebral edema and disseminated or diffuse intravascuiar coagulation （DIC）, and maintaining the stability of internal environment. Results Fourteen patients were improved or cured and 2 died. Conclusion For patients with severe heatstroke, rapid and accurate diagnosis, prompt and effective cooling, prompt rehydration to correct water, electrolyte and acid-base balance disorders, and positive supportive therapy to protect the function of important organs, prevention and timely treatment of complications, can effectively im- prove the prognosis.
