摘 要:液压油在使用过程中,其性能逐渐劣化,及时更换变质的液压油具有重要意义。针对液压油更换时机难以把握的问题,本文应用模糊数学理论,在分析液压油变质原因的基础上,提出了二级模糊综合评判在该领域的应用方法,并利用检测数据,对液压油的质量进行了评价。实例表明,该方法综合分析了液压油的多方面参数,准确评价了液压油的质量,为液压系统换油时机的科学决策提供了依据。It is important to replace the spoilage hydraulic oil as its performance has been degraded in the use process. Since the time to replace is difficult to decide ,theory of fuzzy mathematics is applied in this paper. On the basis of analyzing the reasons causing its spoilage, the method based on two-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation has been put forward to evaluate the quality of hydraulic oil with using the test data. It is indicated that this method can evaluate the quality accurately because of the comprehensive analysis of many parameters,which provides foundation of scientific timing decision in replacing hydraulic oil.
