山西省煤炭企业人才培养的思考

摘　　要：山西省煤矿企业兼并重组完成后,煤炭企业人才缺乏的问题日益突出。政府投入不足,煤炭行业吸引力不强,煤炭企业人才培养滞后,煤炭企业人才流失严重是煤炭企业人才缺乏的主要原因。要培养煤炭企业人才,政府应加大对煤炭院校的支持力度,煤炭院校也应提升人才培养质量,同时煤炭企业还要采用良好措施用好人才、留住人才。After the completion of the merger and reorganization of coal enterprises in Shanxi, the problem of the lack of professionals in the coal enterprises is becoming increasingly prominent. The main reasons for the problem result from the lack of government investment, the poor attractiveness of the coal industry and a serious brain drain of coal enterprises after the completion of professional training. Cultivate the professionals in Shanxi coal enterprises, the government should increase its efforts to support coal colleges which should also improve the quality of professional training, and meanwhile the coal enterprises should also take better measures to use and retain the professionals well.
