摘　　要：目的探讨RH(D)阴性血型择期手术患者的输血方法。方法患者采用储存式自体输血及术中血液回收的方法进行输血,采血前后及回输2 h同时测定HB、RBC、HCT及PLT的值,并观察其变化。结果采用上述两种方法输血无一例发生严重不良反应,50例患者采血前、手术后及输血2 h后HB、RBC、HCT及PLT的变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 RH(D)阴性血型患者采用储存式自体输血及术中血液回收的方法进行输血是疗效满意、安全的输血方式。Objective Discuss the blood transfusion in RH （D） negative patients with elective surgical procedures.Methods The blood transfusion use the storage type autologous blood transfusion and intraoperative blood recovery methods. Determination of HB, RBC, HCT and PLT values, and view the changes. Results No serious adverse reaction occurred in the all blood transfusion, the change of HB, RBC, HCT and PLT was no significant difference.Conclusion The storage type of autologous blood transfusion and intraoperative blood recycling method were satisfied blood transfusion with RH （D） negative blood group.
