初次分配中的效率与公平相互关系的审视

摘　　要：正确地把握初次分配领域中效率与公平的关系,是我国构建社会主义和谐社会的关键环节,其对关注和改善民生有重大影响。在初次分配领域中,合理地调整效率与公平的关系是市场经济的要求。由于美国的金融风暴引发的全球性经济危机,已经蔓延到我国的实体经济,在我国现阶段,效率与公平的关系还需要进一步调控和完善。文章围绕国民收入初次分配中效率与公平的关系,针对当前存在的问题和调整对策做出分析与探讨。The right relationship between efficiency and fairness in initial distribution is a key link in building a socialist harmonious society. This will have significant influence to pay attention and improve the livelihood of the people; to deal with the right relationship between efficiency and fairness in initial distribution is the adjustment result of market economy. Due to the U.S. financial turmoil influenced the global economic crisis, it has spread to the real economy in China, at the present stage, the relationship between efficiency and fairness also need to be further under control and perfect. This paper focuses on the initial distribution of national income in the relationship between efficiency and fairness, and then makes analysis and discussion on the current existing problems and adjustment countermeasures.
