摘　　要：目的通过检测寻常型银屑病患者血清中P-cad的表达水平,采取病例对照研究探讨其与银屑病发病的关系。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法对病例组和对照组血清中P-cad的表达水平进行检测,应用统计学软件SPSS13.0和Excel 2003对结果进行整理分析。结果寻常型银屑病患者患者血清P-cad的表达水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01),表达水平与病情严重程度相关,呈正向关系。结论 P-cad可能参与了银屑病的发生。Objective To investigate the role of serum P-cadherin in the pathogenesis of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods The serum lev- els of P-cad in patients with psoriasis vulgaris and controls were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）. Statistics software of SPSS13.0 and Excel 2003 were applied for data analysis. Results The serum level of P-cad in patients with psoriasis vulgaris was significantly higher than that in control group （P〈0. O1 ）, and there was a positive correlation between the serum level of P-cad and the severity of disease. Conclusion P-cadherin may play an important role in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.
