防晒剂联合糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗多形性日光疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察防晒剂联合外用糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗多形性日光疹的疗效。方法将60例多形日光疹患者随机分为治疗组(n=30)和对照组(n=30),治疗组外涂防晒剂、糠酸莫米松乳膏、口服氯雷他定片,连用14天。对照组仅外涂糠酸莫米松乳膏、口服氯雷他定片,连用14天。第14天对实验组和对照组进行疗效评估,然后两组均停用糠酸莫米松乳膏和氯雷他定片,实验组继续使用防晒剂,对照组停止治疗,于第56天评估皮损复发情况。结果治疗14天后治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为93.3%、73.3%,组间差异具有显著性差异(P<0.05);第56天,治疗组和对照组复发率分别为30.0%、76.7%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论防晒剂可以辅助治疗多形性日光疹,显著提高疗效,降低复发率,且安全性高。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of combination of sunscreen cream and mometasone furoate cream in the treat- ment of polymorphous light eruption. Methods 60 patients with PLE were randomly divided into the treatment group （ n = 30） and the control group （n = 30）. The patients in the treatment group were treated with sunscreen cream, mometasone furoate cream and loratadine for 14 days, while the patients in control group with mometasone furoate cream and loratadine for 14 day. The clinical effect was evaluated in the treatment group and control group after treatment for 14 days, and then both groups were discontinued with mometasone furoate cream and loratadine. The patients in experimental group were topically applied with sunscreen cream continuously. The recurrence rate was evaluated after 56 days. Results The effective rate of the two growps was 93.3% （28/30） and 73.3% （22/30） respectively after treatment for 14 days. There was statistical difference between the two groups （ P〈0. 01 ）. After 56 days, the recurrence rate of treatment and control group was 30. 0% and 76. 7%, and the difference was statistically significant （ P〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Sunscreen cream can be used as the adjuvant treatment for polymorphous sunlight eruption. Application of sunscreen cream could significantly improve the cur- ative effect, and reduce recurrence rate with high safety.
