摘 要:本文在KFV(Krugman-Fujita-Venables)理论模型的基础上,理清金融外部性对城市工资的影响机制,对城市间的工资差距进行解释,并采用我国长三角地级及以上城市2000-2010年的面板数据,对城市集聚对城市工资的影响进行实证分析。研究结果表明:在城市集聚过程中,金融外部性对城市平均工资水平影响显著,是影响城市工资差距的重要因素。同时,城市工资差距与城市人力资本、出口贸易、固定资产投资及第三产业比重等因素有关。此外,研究还显示我国目前的城市化和城市集聚度不足,在未来城市化推进过程中,城市间差距或将成为继城乡差距后的又一个突出问题,这一点应引起警觉。Based on the Krugman-Fujita-Venables (KFV) model, this paper elaborates on the influencing mechanism of pecuniary externalities on urban wage and seeks causes to salary gaps between cities. An empirical analysis is also car-ried out using panel data of 25 prefecture-level cities of Yangtze River Delta in 2000-2010. The results show that with the deepening of urban agglomeration, pe-cuniary externalities are in a significant positive correlation with urban wage, veri-fying pecuniary externalities as a major influencing factor of urban wage gap. Meanwhile, urban wage gap is subject to factors including city human capital, ex-port, fixed asset investment and the proportion of the tertiary industry. Additional-ly, this research also suggests China' s insufficiency in urbanization and urban ag-glomeration, warning that in future urbanization processes, inter-urban wage gap may turn out to be another prominent problem after the previous urban-rural in-come gap.
