心康饮防治经皮冠状动脉成形术后再狭窄的临床实验研究

摘　　要：为探讨心康饮口服液防治经皮冠状动脉成形术 (PTCA)后再狭窄的疗效及其作用机理 ,临床选择PTCA患者 6 0例 ,随机分治疗组(中药心康饮 )对照组 (西药常规治疗 )各 30例 ,疗程 3个月 ;另建立家兔实验性动脉狭窄模型 ,观察心康饮对家兔实验性动脉狭窄及其胸主动脉平滑肌细胞增生的影响。结果 :治疗组与对照组比较 ,在改善临床症状 ,减少心绞痛发作及心肌缺血 (EKG)改善率方面有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;实验研究结果显示 ,心康饮可明显降低家兔血清胆固醇、甘油三酯水平 (P <0 .0 1) ;改善血小板聚集率 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,镜下观察可明显减轻家兔骼动脉狭窄 (P <0 .0 1) ,并可抑制家兔胸主动脉平滑肌细胞的增生。In order to explore the therapeutic effect and functional mechanism of “Heart Health Oral Liquid” in the treatment and prevention of stenosis after plastics of transdernal coronary artery (PTCA),clinically 60 cases were selected and diveded randomly into the treatment group and control group(routine western medications),30 cases in each group,and treated for three months,together with experimental model of arterial stenosis established in the rabbits,to observe influence of “Heart Health Oral Liqud”on experimental arterial stenosis in the rbbits and proliferation of smooth muscls cell of the thoracic aorta.The results showed that in comparison of the treatment group and control group,there was a significant difference( P <0.05)in improving clinical symptoms,reducing occurrence of angina pectoris and myocardial ischemia(EKG).The experimental results showed that “Heart Health Oral Liquid”can obviously decrease cholesterol and triglyceride( P <0.01)and improve platelet aggregagion rate( P <0.05)in rabbits,can obviously alleviate stenosis of the iliac artery in rabbits( P <0.01)under microscopic observation,and also can inhibit the proliferation of smooth muscle cell of the thoracic aorta in rabbits.The results indicate that“Heart Heath Oral Liquid”possesses certain preventive and therapeutic function in stenosis after PTCA.
