摘  要:为了研究锯齿形切屑绝热剪切带带内的变形,通过分析锯齿形切屑的形成机理,以绝热剪切带带内剪切应变和剪切应变率来表征绝热剪切带的变形程度,建立绝热剪切带变形的解析模型并进行切削Ti6Al4V实验,收集切削实验获得的切屑.运用建立的绝热剪切带变形解析模型,分析不同切削速度下Ti6Al4V锯齿形切屑绝热剪切带的变形情况,结果表明:在实验条件切削速度范围内(30~200 m/min),随着切削速度的提高,切屑绝热剪切带的变形程度增加,绝热剪切带宽度及间距减小.In order to research the deformation inside adiabatic shear band for serrated chips, the deformation degree of adiabatic shear band was characterized with the shear strain and shear strain rate through analyzing the formation mechanism of serrated chips, and an analytical model for the deformation of adiabatic shear band was established. In addition, the cutting test for Ti6A14V was carded out, and the chips obtained in the cutting test were collected. Through adopting the established analytical model for the deformation of adiabatic shear band, the deformation situation of adiabatic shear band for Ti6A14V serrated chips with different cutting speed was analyzed. The results show that within the cutting speed ranged from 30 m/min to 200 m/min, the deformation degree of adiabatic shear band of chips increases with increasing the cutting speed, and both width and spacing of adiabatic shear band decrease.
