摘 要:为了研究专用砂浆对砖砌体沿通缝截面抗剪强度的影响,以不同强度普通砂浆及专用砂浆为参数,对48个蒸压粉煤灰砖砌体试件进行通缝抗剪试验.结果表明,蒸压粉煤灰砖砌体抗剪强度计算指标均高于规范值;专用砂浆的粘结性能非常好,其砌体试件抗剪性能较普通砂浆试件有较大提高.将试验结果进行回归分析,给出了蒸压粉煤灰砖砌体普通砂浆试件及专用砂浆试件抗剪强度平均值的建议计算公式,得出了采用专用砂浆砌筑的蒸压粉煤灰砖砌体具有良好抗剪性能的结论.To investigate the influence of special mortar on the shear strength of brick masonry along the straight joint section, the straight joint shear tests for 48 autoclaved fly ash brick masonry specimens were carried out through taking ordinary mortar and special mortar with different strength as parameters. The results indicate that the calculated indexes of shear strength of autoclaved fly ash brick masonry are higher than the standard values. The bonding property of special mortar is quite good, and the shear resistance of the corresponding masonry specimens gets greatly enhanced compared with that of ordinary mortar specimens. Through performing the regression analysis on the experimental results, the suggested calculation formulas for the average value of shear strength of both ordinary and special mortar specimens were given. It is found that the autoclaved fly ash brick masonry constructed by special mortar has good shear performance.
