摘 要:为探讨芪麝颈康丸 (麝香、黄芪等组成 )对颈椎间盘退变及椎体骨髓血窦变化的影响 ,将 48只 14月龄SD大鼠平均分成四组 ,切除A、B、C三组大鼠的颈后部浅、中层肌 ,造成颈椎间盘退变模型 ,D组为正常假手术组。A、B组分别给予芪麝颈康丸、相关对照中药治疗 ,C、D组不给药。四个月后处死动物 ,扫描电镜下观察各组椎间盘退变程度及椎体骨髓血窦的变化。结果显示 :与D组比较 ,C组椎间盘退变明显 ,椎体骨髓血窦普遍扩大 ,提示可能有骨内高压存在 ;A与B组则椎间盘退变程度较轻 ,血窦的病理变化不明显 ,表明芪麝颈康丸等方药的作用机理可能与重用益气活血化瘀中药 ,从而促进微循环 ,降低骨内压 。In order to explore influence of “Astragalus and Musk Neck Health Pills” on degeneration of the cervical intravertebral disc and change of narrow sinus of the vertebral body, 48 14-month SD rats were equally divided into the four groups to make the degenerative models of the cervical intravertebral disc by cutting off the superficial and middle muscle of the posterior neck in the rats in Group A, B and C, with Group D as a normal group of false surgery. Group A and B were treated respectively with “Astragalus and Musk Neck Health Pills” and related Chinese herbal drugs for comparison. Group C and D were not given any drugs. Four months later, the animals were killed and the degenerative degree of the intravertebral disc and change in narrow sinus of the vertebral body were observed under the microscopy in various groups. The results showed that in comparison of Group D, the degeneration of the intravertebral disc was obvious and marrow. sinus of the vertebral body was generally enlarged in Group C, indicating that the high pressure might exist inside the bone. The degenerative degree of the intravertebral disc was light and the pathological change was not obvious in Group A and B. The findings indicate that the functional mechanism of “Astragalus and Musk Neck Health Pills” may be related to excessive use of Chinese herbal drugs to activeate blood and disperse stagnation, which promote micro-circulation, decrease intrabony pressure and improve nutritional environment of the intravertebral disc.
