摘  要:目的胰岛素样生长因子(IGFs)是一类与神经 内分泌 免疫系统有广泛联系的多肽物质 ,对机体组织细胞的生长发育、代谢和免疫功能有着重要作用。为了研究胰岛素样生长因子 Ⅰ(IGF Ⅰ)在应激引起的免疫抑制中的作用。方法应用放射免疫分析法(RIA)观察了应激小鼠血清IGF Ⅰ的含量变化。结果应激小鼠血清IGF Ⅰ的含量与正常对照组相比约减少了58 %(P<0 01) ,并且随着应激强度的增加而减少(P<0 05)。结论这一结果为进一步研究应激机制和IGF Ⅰ的免疫调节作用提供了一条新线索。Objective:Insulin like growth factors(IGFs)are a polypeptide that is Involved in immune neuroendocrine interaction and play an important role in histocytes development,growth,metabolism and function of immune system.In the present study,to make certain whether the insulin like growth factor I(IGF I)has any relation to immunosuppression in stress,Methods:the levels of serum IGF I in mice was observed by radioimmunoassay(RIA).Results:Levels of serum IGF I in restraint stress in mice decreased about 58 per cent compared to the home cage control group(p<0.01),in which the mice were not enforced restraint stress.Besides,the more restraint times for mice were increased,the less serum IGF I levels in mice were decreased(p<0.05).Conclusion:A new way to further investigate the mechanism of stress and immunomodulation of IGF I was showed in this result.
