痔科外洗方加快肛门病术后康复的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的为观察痔科外洗方对痔瘘病人术后疼痛、肿胀的疗效。方法以本方治疗观察108例与用高锰酸钾坐浴31例观察比较。结果痔科外洗方组病人术后肿胀、疼痛、出血等症状均较对照组轻 ,两组相比有显著性差异(P<0 05)。结论痔科外洗方确有消肿、止痛的效果。Objective:In order to observe the functions of “ Hemorrhoid Washing Formula ” in reducing the pain,edema and flatulence of postoperative wound of the patients with and fistula.Methods:108 cases were treated with“Hemorrhoid Washing Formula”by means of sit bath,the control groups(31 cases)were treated with Kalium Permangamium.Results:The results showed that in“Hemorrhoid Washing Formula”groups,the clinic symptom such as pain,edema and flatulence of postoperative wound were reduced obviously.There is significant difference Compared with the control groups(P<0 05).Conclusions:The results indicate that“Hemorrhoid Washing Formula”tas the therapeutic effect of detumescence and analgesia.[
