摘 要:试验旨在通过研究饲粮不同能量和蛋白质水平对育成期绿壳蛋鸡生长性能和屠体成分的影响,得出其育成期能量和蛋白质的需要量。选取864只体重相近的60日龄新杨绿壳蛋鸡,随机分为6组,每组4个重复,每个重复36只鸡。采用2(代谢能:11.09和11.72 MJ/kg)×3(粗蛋白质:14.00%、14.50%和15.00%)因子设计试验,共设计6种饲粮饲喂绿壳蛋鸡。预试期1周,正试期8周。结果表明:1)不同能量水平对育成期绿壳蛋鸡平均日采食量和平均日增重有极显著影响(P<0.01);而不同蛋白质水平对育成期绿壳蛋鸡平均日采食量和平均日增重没有显著影响(P>0.05);能量和蛋白质水平在平均日采食量和平均日增重上未表现出显著的交互作用(P>0.05)。2)不同能量水平对育成期绿壳蛋鸡胫骨长度有显著影响(P<0.05);不同蛋白质水平对育成期绿壳蛋鸡胫骨长度没有显著影响(P>0.05);能量和蛋白质水平在胫骨长度上未表现出显著的交互作用(P>0.05)。3)能量和蛋白质水平对育成期绿壳蛋鸡屠体成分均无显著影响(P>0.05),能量和蛋白质水平在屠体总能上表现出了显著的交互作用(P<0.05)。根据饲养试验和比较屠宰试验结果,按Y=a+bx的数学模型进行一元线性回归分析得出,育成期绿壳蛋鸡饲粮代谢能和粗蛋白质营养需要量分别为11.40 MJ/kg和14.45%。This study was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary energy and protein levels on growth performance and carcass composition of growing green shell hens, and to gain the energy and protein requirements of the hens. A total of 864 Xinyang green shell pullets aged 60 days were randomly allocated to 6 groups with 4 replicates per group and 36 hens per replicate. Hens were fed with 6 diets under different matabolizable energy (ME) levels (11.09 and 11.72 MJ/kg) and crude protein (CP) levels (14.00%, 14.50% and 15.00%). The pre-trial period was one week, and the trial period was eight weeks. The results showed as follows: 1) different energy levels had an extremely significant influence on average daily feed intake (ADFI) and average daily grain (ADG) (P〈0.01), while different protein levels had no significant influence on ADFI and ADG (P〉0.05); there was no significant interaction between energy and protein in ADFI and ADG (P〉0.05). 2) Different energy levels had significant influence on the length of tibia (P〈0.05), while different protein levels had no significant influence on the length of tibia (P〉0.05); there was no significant interaction between energy and protein in the length of tibia (P〉0.05). 3) Different energy and protein levels had no significant influence on carcass indices (P〉0.05), while there was significant interaction between energy and protein in general energy of carcass. According to the mathematical model (Y=a+bx) of unitary linear regression analysis based on the results of the rearing and comparative slaughter experiments, ME and CP requirements of growing green shell pullets are as follows: ME 11.40 MJ/kg and CP 14.45%.
