摘  要:本试验旨在探讨不同储存期玉米对肉鸡免疫功能的影响。选取1日龄雌性科宝商品代雏鸡144只,根据体重均衡原则分成3组(每组8个重复,每个重复6只),分别饲喂由储存2、4年的玉米配制的试验饲粮,与储存0年的玉米作对照,试验期42 d,测定17日龄时血液淋巴细胞转化率,21、42日龄时免疫器官指数、血清免疫球蛋白G含量、血清新城疫抗体效价和血清溶菌酶活性指标。结果表明:1)21日龄时,与对照组相比,储存2年的玉米对肉鸡免疫器官指数、血液特异性免疫和非特异性免疫均没有显著影响(P>0.05),但储存4年的玉米显著降低了肉鸡胸腺指数、法氏囊指数和脾脏指数(P<0.05),显著降低了淋巴细胞对伴刀豆球蛋白A的反应性(P<0.05),以及血清免疫球蛋白G含量、新城疫抗体效价和溶菌酶活性(P<0.05)。2)42日龄时,与对照组相比,储存2年的玉米对肉鸡免疫器官指数、血液特异性免疫和非特异性免疫也均没有显著影响(P>0.05),但储存4年的玉米显著降低了肉鸡脾脏指数和血清免疫球蛋白G含量(P<0.05),对其他免疫指标没有显著影响(P>0.05)。结果显示,玉米储存期过长可导致肉鸡的免疫功能下降。This study was conducted to explore the effects of maize at different storage periods on immune function of broilers. Two hundred and forty one-day-old Cobb 500 female broilers were chosen and allocated to 3 groups (8 replicates per group and 10 chickens per replicate) according to the principle of body weight balance. Broilers in control group were fed maize stored 0 year and broilers in experiment groups were fed maize stored 2 or 4 years. The experiment lasted for 42 days. Lymphocyte proliferation rate of peripheral blood of broilers at 17 days of age, immune organ indexes, serum immunoglobulin G content, serum antibody titer of Newcastle disease, and serum lysozyme activity of broiler at 21 and 42 days of age were tested. The results showed as follows: 1) At 21 days of age, compared with the control group, maize stored two years had no significant effects on immune organ indexes, blood specific immunity and nonspecific immunity of broilers (P〉0.05). However, maize stored four years significantly decreased thymus index, spleen index, bursa of Fabricius index, peripheral lymphocyte concanavalin A stimulus index, and serum immunoglobulin G content, antibody titer of Newcastle disease and lysozyme activity of broilers at 21 days of age (P〈0.05). 2) At 42 days of age, compared with the control group, maize stored two years had no significant effects on immune organ indexes, blood specific immunity and nonspecific immunity of broilers (P〉0.05), but maize stored four years significantly decreased spleen index and serum immunoglobulin G content of broilers (P〈0.05), there were no significant differences in the other indexes among all groups (P〉0.05). In conclusion, maize at longer storage periods decreases the immune function of broilers.
