摘　　要：目的 探讨TEAP—2DE试验对CHD诊断价值及其一对介入性治疗效果的评价。方法 1995年4月～1998年9月之间38例在我院住院的CHD患者,先期行TEAP—2DE试验及CAG检查,并在1周后接受冠状动脉介入性治疗(PICA或PTCA+Stent),分别在1、3、6、12个月用TEAP—2DE评价介入治疗的效果。结果 TEAP—2DE与CAG相比,检出冠脉狭窄的符合率相似。TEAP—2DE观察到CHD介入性治疗后3个月疗效最好,3～6个月时介入性治疗发生再狭窄率最高。结论 PTCA或PTCA+Stent是CHD介入性治疗中疗效确切、成功率高的方法。TEAP—2DE可作为介入性治疗后短期和长期疗效评价的可靠、无创伤性、廉价的一种方法,为CHD介入性治疗选择合适的病例及合适的血管提供帮助。Purpose To assess the diagnostic value of coronary heart disease (CHD) by two - dimensional echocardiography under trans-esophageal atrial pacing load test (TEAP-2DE) and the effect of CHD interventional therapy. Methods From April 1995 to Sept 1998, 38 cases with CHD received the TEAP- 2DE test and coronary aniogography(CAG) , and then received coronary interventional therapy (percutaneous translu-minal coronary angioplasty - PTCA or PTCA + Stent implantation). The effectiveness was tested by TEAP - 2DE after one, three, six and twelve months respectively. Results Compared with CAG, the coincidence rate of coronary stenosis tested by TEAP- 2DE was similar. The best curative effect was achieved three months, later after CHD interventional therapy, and the highest occured restenosis rate, between three and six months. Conclusion PTCA or PTCA + Stenl implantation is the best interventional therapy method to treat CHD with exact curative effect and a good successful rate. TEAP- 2DE can be used to evaluate short and long term effectiveness of interventional therapy. It is reliabe, noninvasive, low - priced and helpful in choosing suitable cases and blood vessels for interventional therapy.
