摘　　要：随着新医改的深入,公立医院需强化公益性的问题成为社会各界的共识。本文从内外环境分析了公立医院强化公益性存在的机遇,指出当前强化公益性存在的障碍,并针对障碍提出强化公益性的策略。With the deepening of healthcare reform, it has become the consensus of the community that the public hospitals should strengthen the public welfare. This paper analyzes the existing opportunities and barriers for public welfare enhancement of public hospitals from the internal and external environment, proposing strategies to overthrow the barriers and enhance the public welfare further.
