摘　　要：公立医院是实现医疗服务公益性的重要载体。本文通过具体实例,分析了公立医院承担公益性的实践依据和现实要求,论述了中山一院履行公益性的实力条件,总结了中山一院践行公益性特色举措的成功经验以供借鉴。Public hospitals play an important role in public welfare development. The paper analyzes the causes and realistic request for public hospital shouldering public welfare role. The conditions on fulfilling public welfare role in the First Affiliated Hospital, Sun Yat-sen University is introduced. The experiences on fulfilling public welfare is summarized to give reference.
