精细化管理在病案终末管理中的作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨精细化管理在病案终末管理中的作用。方法:将某院2011年1月-6月和2011年7月-12月病案分为常规组和观察组,常规组采用常规病案管理,观察组采用精细化管理,对比两组病案管理的质量情况。结果:观察组病案缺陷率、病案迟归率、不良事端检出率、病案破损率等明显下降,差异显著(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论:精细化管理能有效促进病案终末管理,提高病案质量。Objective：To discuss the function of refined management in final medical records management. Methods：Medical records in 2011 were selected and divided into control group（Jan-June） and treatment group（July-Dec）. The control group used conventional medical record management and the treatment group used refined management methods. The results of medical record management quality were compared. Results：The medical record defect rate, adverse events, case detection rate of breakage rate significantly decreased in treatment group（ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion：Refined management can effectively promote the final medical records management and improving the quality of the medical record.
